The specific scope of services provided to any client is determined by the individual agreement reached between Prime Reach Marketing and that client.

By submitting your phone number through our consultation or booking forms and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive calls and SMS/text messages from Prime Reach Marketing at the telephone number you provided. These communications may include, but are not limited to, follow-ups regarding your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, and related marketing communications.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly using the information below to withdraw your consent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
• Carrier fees: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply.
• No sharing: We do not sell your phone number or consent to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and communications with us.

All content, branding, designs, code, and materials created by Prime Reach Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the individual service agreement. Third-party tools, plugins, and platforms used in delivering services remain the property of their respective owners.

Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies for specific services are outlined in the individual service agreement between Prime Reach Marketing and the client. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current.

While Prime Reach Marketing draws on extensive sales and marketing experience to deliver effective strategies, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, rankings, lead volumes, or other outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client cooperation, and third-party platform behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Reach Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our services may involve or integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms of that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prime Reach Marketing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
