I learned marketing the hard way — on the sales floor.
Seven years in sales will teach you what no course ever could.
For seven years, I lived on the frontline of sales. I was the person picking up the phone, working the leads, closing the deals — and watching, day after day, what separated the businesses that scaled from the ones that quietly disappeared.
I saw businesses rise and businesses fall, and it almost never came down to the product. It came down to one thing: marketing, the right websites, and lead handling.
The companies that won weren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They were the ones whose marketing actually reached the right people, whose websites actually converted, and whose leads were actually handled — fast, personally, and relentlessly. The ones that lost? They had great products buried under broken funnels, slow follow-ups, and websites that looked nice but sold nothing.
That gap — between great work and great marketing — is where I've spent my career. I don't come at this as a marketer who read a book about sales. I come at it as a salesperson who got tired of watching good businesses fail because their marketing didn't match their ambition.
So I built Prime Reach Marketing to be the partner I always wished I had on the other end of the lead: someone who understands that a click means nothing if no one calls it back, and that a website is only worth what it closes.
